  28. I have a AHA 1542B and am using the SCSI code in the 0.98pl3+ kernel.
  29. Exactly what code is in the kernel right now (fscsi-a05???).  Will
  30. grabbing your fscsi-06.tar.Z improve my performance?

  32. Right now it takes half an hour to move a 42M file from one partition
  33. to another (between two minix filesystems).  The computer hangs (no
  34. keyboard echoing, etc) for 10 seconds a couple of times a minute
  35. during the copy.  Is this now fixed, or is this what you mean by
  36. controller specific performance inhancements?
