- I have a AHA 1542B and am using the SCSI code in the 0.98pl3+ kernel.
- Exactly what code is in the kernel right now (fscsi-a05???). Will
- grabbing your fscsi-06.tar.Z improve my performance?
-
- Right now it takes half an hour to move a 42M file from one partition
- to another (between two minix filesystems). The computer hangs (no
- keyboard echoing, etc) for 10 seconds a couple of times a minute
- during the copy. Is this now fixed, or is this what you mean by
- controller specific performance inhancements?
