- Well for starters, A2 should not be compressed.
- a1 is compressed, but if you uncompress it, it should be
- the same size as a2 like 1.2 MB. (At least it was for pl1.)

- rawrite both files (uncompressed) to the disks.
- The "utilities" disk is indeed A2 as you suspected.

- after these both boot, then you can do an fdisk

- mkfs, and then finally a doinstall /dev/hd??
