- Hi,
-
- I have noticed that although I recompile the kernel to take advantage
- of my Norwegian keyboard, the special characters seems to be missing.
- I have seen several other people wondering about this too, and would
- very much like to hear from any of you, if you know the solution.
-
- o
- The strange thing is that I can write 'ae' and 'a' (a-with-ring) while
- typing my login-name. Afterwards, all I get from those keys are beeps.
- The 'oh-slash' won't work at all... Weird.
-
- So what I miss, is some sort of replacement for the good ol' codepage
- function in DOS. Any help appreciated.
-
- Thanks in advance,
