- I go through the install script and all is OK until come time to copy files
- to the root partition, then for each one it comes back saying no space left
- on device. So I log in as root and do an fsck /dev/hda8 (This is where I'm
- installing it. It's the last partition in a 210MB drive. It's 52MB big. It's
- also not primary partition) and get nothing in response. Just the prompt.
- So I try and mount /dev/hda8 and get a Segmentation fault core dumped.
-
- I thought that maybe I had to do an install on a primary partition so I tried
- that and I got the same results.
-
- What's happening here?
-
- I have a 486DX2 with a 210MB HDD, Trident 1MB card and Nicom Ethernet card.
- The disk is set up as follows
-
- fdisk

- /dev/hda3 * 1 1 4 1197 a OPUS
