- None of the Roland SoundCanvas series (including the SCC-1) support user-
- defined sound samples. What you get for your money is 6 MEG of ROM with
- 300 professionally-sampled sounds. Since I paid < $250 for my SCC-1, I'm
- not complaining. You want wavetables & samples, get a Gravis. You're going
- to have wavetable editors -- commercial, PD and Shareware -- comin' out
- of the woodwork over the next year.
