- I'm compiling a FAQ list for the said subject (IBM compatible cards
- which do PCM or FM sound or both).
-
- I have alot of information on the MediaVision line of stuff, I'd like
- some more information on Creative Lab's line of SoundBlaster stuff,
- and Turtle Beach systems', as well as this Gravis UltraCard thingie.
- Oh yeah, not to mention AdLib and Roland.
-
- I need technical specifications and retail prices, I can obtain street
- prices (and already have). Except on the Adlib Roland and Gravis stuff.
- They don't seem as popular as the SB* PAS* and Turtle Beach systems...
-
- Specifically, I need PCM sample rates, size of samples, FM chip make/models,
- # of voices, mixing capabilities, I/O devices (line, mike, CD, etc)
- and anything else.
-
- The list is mostly done, I just have to fill in a chart (mainly). Also,
- if you have the mfr's vital statistics (street address, phone #) I would
- appreciate those.
-
- Bug reports, as well as overall reviews encouraged. Results posted in a month.
