- I dont follow, from what I learned in Image Processing class, and just talking
- with the professor, decompression should take no longer than compression (He
- thought that decompression should be fractionally faster).

- Is this Hardware? Dr Sherlock said that at 512x512x256 (gray) that a sun-4
- was doing an image in ~ 20 seconds (compression, decompression, rms error
- check).
