- Film is 24 fps, yes. But PAL and SECAM are 25 fps.

- By the way, didn't those old silent movies use to be filmed at 18 fps? That
- stereotypical "speeded-up" look only happened when they were played back on
- newer equipment which could only run at 24 fps.
