- It's probably also worth mentioning that the NTSC signal is interlaced so
- that only every other scan line is refreshed each 60th of a second. It takes
- two cycles to refresh the whole image, which gives 30 frames per second.
- Film and SECAM and PAL (I think) have a frame rate of 24 fps.
