  14.     I am looking for several internet gateways.  (1) How can I email to 
  15. United Nations member organizations.  I particularly want to contact the United
  16. Nations Environmental Program, headquartered in Niarobi Kenya.  (2) Is there access
  17. to Kenya/Africa through the internet?  If so, how? (3) I used to be able to contact
  18. hosts on CGNET (Consultitive Group Net) does anybody know why it might have stopped?
