  13. Recently I have been interested in sending mail 
  14. internationally...specifically to Lithuania or 
  15. another country in that area. A friend of mine
  16. says that there is a large network within Lithuania
  17. called "Completa." I have been trying to find out
  18. how to connect to Completa or send E-mail to 
  19. someone in Lithuania who could tell me how to do
  20. that. Could someone help me with this? Are there
  21. Inet representatives for different countries who
  22. might know the answers? Any help would be 
  23. appreciated.
