  15. How and where (on what system) might one go about starting a mailing list. 
  16. I know that I could do it manually -- have people send mail to me and I
  17. would manually forward it out to the list.  How might I do it automatically
  18. -- people post to the list via mail and it is distributed out.  Would this
  19. necessarily require a separate email address for people to mail to (other
  20. than my own, which I might like to get personal mail on)?

  22. What software might enable me to do this (like only forwarding out mail
  23. that has a subject line: "FOR THE LIST" or something to that effect?  What
  24. other options might I have?
