- Kathleen, use the UNSUPPORTED function $ MAIL/FOREIGN... it works!
-
- To extract the receiving person just has to go into mail... when attempting
- to READ this messaage they'll get...
-
- From: PGGIPL::ROBINSON "Darrin Robinson ""Read My MIPS, No New VAXes!""
- To: ROBINSON
- CC: ROBINSON
- Subj:
-
- %MAIL-E-FORMSG, you cannot read this foreign format message
- Use the EXTRACT command to copy the message to an external file
-
-
- Where they can type extract <filename>..
-
- When sending the message, it's a good idea to use the SUBJECT qualifier so
- you can tell them the name of the file, etc...
-
- i.e.
-
- $ MAIL/FOREIGN/SUBJECT="VERB.EXE as requested Darrin, VERB command"
-
- And when I read mail I'll get...
-

-
-
- That way I know what exe was sent to me!
