- Actually, my complaint about the hardcoded pathnames in the elmrc
- file stems right from 2.4.11, so it's not the version number. elm
- may be perfectly happy to use $HOME, but it's not creating the files
- that way. I DEFINITELY don't want to have to edit all the elmrc files
- by hand (or spend almost as much time writing a script to do it for me).
- I want a way to convince elm to create the file with ~ or $HOME right
- off the bat.
