  13. I have a problem with the way elm builds the elmrc file.  It is
  14. hardcoding in the path to the user's directory instead of using
  15. $HOME or ~ or something.  As a consequence, when that user's home
  16. directory is moved (as we are having to do), everything goes to
  17. hell.  Every time they run, it wants to create the .elm directory
  18. in the OLD directory and refuses to accept the = operator in a
  19. folder name.  Could this be fixed in a later patch, or is there
  20. some way of coercing the existing system to behave itself?
