  21. True, but shouldn't the Content-Length header be added on final
  22. delivery? There are still sites munging message bodies out there
  23. (think bitnet). If a sites MUAs honor it, it should be added on final
  24. delivery at that site. That is the only way you can be certain that
  25. the header is correct. If it's wrong, you may get yourself in a lot
  26. of trouble.
