  11. From elm2.4PL8 which I got from ftp.uu.net, I patched up to 11 which was
  12. officially released. Trying to make, and the following error message appeared:

  23. A quick check of Makefile.SH showed that the file regexp.c was neither compiled
  24. nor linked. This file contains code for the above functions. A new patch
  25. may be required to fix this.
