  13. the patches for PL9 and PL10 introduce an Bug in the handling of the
  14. Date-Header Line. 
  15. PL8 produces the following Header-Line, which is IMHO correct:
  16.   Date: Wed, 18 Nov 1992 13:01:35 +0100 (MET)
  17. PL10 produces this one, which seems very mystical:
  18.   Date: Wed, 18 Nov 1992 13:04:47 -36803936 (GMT+0100)
