- I like using lots of folders for my differents areas of interest. For
- example, I've been working on CAP for the last couple of weeks and
- can had several mail messages from people on the net answering some
- questions I've posted to a newsgroup. I save the replies in a
- folder called "cap", but my own replies to them get saved in
- "sent". I would find it very useful if I could configure elm
- to ask where I wanted my outgoing mail saved. It could be set
- up something like this:
-
- To: wherever
- Subject: whatever
- Copy-to-self: some folder
-
- The copy-to-self prompt could default to an existing folder if
- you are sending to a name for which a folder by the name exists.
- If no folder exists, it could default to sent. This would allow
- me to keep all my mail, both in-coming and out-going, on a
- particular subject in one folder. This would save me from
- having to go into my "sent" folder and moving things manually.
- I personally would find this feature *very* useful...
