  10. elm 2.4PL10 has problems on two page vt100 terminals like xterm on SunOs
  11. 4.1.2.  Some messages like the 'you are already in elm' message are
  12. printed on the second page and then the first if fliped back when elm
  13. exits.  This causes the user to never see the message.  This also
  14. happens for the /tmp/mbox.user file already exists error message.
