  33. I concur that it's highly, highly unlikely that aub is directly responsible
  34. for the problem.  However, knowing Ultrix quite well, I would change the
  35. order of likely causes to the following...
  36.  
  37.    1) Prior file-system corruption
  38.    2) A bug in Ultrix
  39.    3) 1 & 2, both
  40.    4) Another bug in Ultrix
  41.    5) A bug in the Ultrix compiler your Perl was compiled with
  42.    6) Another bug in Ultrix
  43.    ...
  44.   99) A bug in your port of Perl
  45.
