  11.   I'm interested in incorporating a mouse awareness into a
  12. Turbo Pacsal application.  There was a shareware TPU library
  13. available for TP V4, but the company seems to have gone
  14. belly-up.  Does anyone out there know of a shareware package
  15. and/or a decent information source on making a TP program
  16. mouse-aware?
