  11. I just wonder what pricing policy Borland has around the world.
  12. Earlier today I called the Norwegian distributor asking for the
  13. following prices: BP7 standard price, upgrade offer and educational
  14. discount.  Comparing with the official US prices I get the following
  15. table:

  23. Relatively speaking, the discounted price is twice as high in Norway
  24. as in USA. Anyone got a reasonable explanation to this?  Assuming the
  25. difference is due to charging the same for pastage and handling I get
  26. the following figures:
