- I contacted Borland, and was informed that the free offer of Protogen
- applies only to TPW 1.5 owners. My guess is that this has something to
- do with the fact that TPW 1.5 has only been out a short time, and if
- you upgrade to BP 7.0 then you are getting similar functionality in the
- Windows compiler. Don't know for sure, though.
