  22. I contacted Borland, and was informed that the free offer of Protogen
  23. applies only to TPW 1.5 owners. My guess is that this has something to
  24. do with the fact that TPW 1.5 has only been out a short time, and if
  25. you upgrade to BP 7.0 then you are getting similar functionality in the
  26. Windows compiler. Don't know for sure, though.
