- I think that at least part of that is for someone to handle the order as
- well as the shipping charges. I dought that they have that combo
- pre-packaged (although they might start soon ), so some one has to pull
- the disk and ship it out as a seperate order and/or package it up with
- the other part of the order special. I really don't like the extra
- charge, but I can understand it.
