  29. I think that at least part of that is for someone to handle the order as
  30. well as the shipping charges. I dought that they have that combo
  31. pre-packaged (although they might start soon ), so some one has to pull
  32. the disk and ship it out as a seperate order and/or package it up with
  33. the other part of the order special. I really don't like the extra
  34. charge, but I can understand it.
