  21. C++ Report, one of the SIGS publications, is not bad.  It has a regular column
  22. by Andrew Koenig (what OO magazine doesn't? ;+) and regularly deals with
  23. everything from OO databases to design strategies, to a monthly summary of this
  24. newsgroup.  It's $69 a year, from SIGS Publications, 588 Broadway, New York NY
  25. 10012.
