- C++ Report, one of the SIGS publications, is not bad. It has a regular column
- by Andrew Koenig (what OO magazine doesn't? ;+) and regularly deals with
- everything from OO databases to design strategies, to a monthly summary of this
- newsgroup. It's $69 a year, from SIGS Publications, 588 Broadway, New York NY
