- Heh. That should be a piece of cake to get around. Just pay them $5.00
- (for their time) as a contract employee to take the test. Note that I
- do not have a company in New York nor do I know about any loopholes in
- this law, but it does seem to solve the problem.

- BTW, just how does the state of New York expect employers to find out how well
- a person is able to do? Do they think employers are going to hire somebody
- for their great resume, find out they stink at the job and then fire them
- the same day?
