- I thought I would mention that, at least it in New York, it is illegal to give
- a test to prospective employees before hiring them.

- We got into alot of trouble at the contracting firm when we tested prospective
- employees to make sure they really knew how to use AutoCad. A few weeks later
- we found one of the people who was turned down (to be exact he knew squat,
- regardless of what his resume said) complained to one of the government
- agencies.

- The final result was that we had to pay a fine and would be put under
- investigation if anyone else complained.
