You do have a point there, but a group that contained questions from people new to the language wouldn't prevent other people being interested also, especially those kind enough to answer other peoples questions. What it would do is identify those aspects of the language that people find difficult to grasp. This information could then be fed back into C++ training to improve teaching materials.
