  10. I am trying to access this news group. When I enter the command 
  11.    open comp.lang.c++ 
  12. I recieve an error with the "+" sign. It will not allow
  13. access. Can you tell me how to access this news group directly at the 
  14. news prompt?

  16. I am running ANU-NEWS under VAX/VMS operating system.
