  22. I have mentioned it a few times already. And here is my warning again:

  24. (1) Users outside the U.S.A., keep your fingers off this file.
  25.     Why? I cite from a file in this shar archive:

  27.     Export of this software from the United States of America is assumed
  28.     to require a specific license from the United States Government.
  29.     It is the responsibility of any person or organization contemplating
  30.     export to obtain such a license before exporting.

  34. (2) Ftp adminstrators outside the U.S.A., if you mirror export (it's
  35.     the X11 contrib area!!!!), be aware that you might do illegal actions.

  39. restriction is in this small package. No answer. I consider it ridiculous.
