  10. Some weeks ago a C++ journal containing an article on how to construct
  11. a diagnostic message class crossed my desk.  I skimmed the article and
  12. passed the journal on.

  14. Alas, now I need the article but I can't find the journal, and worse,
  15. can't even remember its name!  All I can remember is that the issue
  16. was fairly recent (within the past one or two months) and that it was
  17. printed on slick paper.

  19. Does this ring a bell with anybody?  If you know what article it was
  20. I'd appreciate an e-mail reference.  Failing that, if you've got some
  21. ideas on how to implement a good class for issuing formatted diagnostic
  22. messages, I'd be happy to hear them!
