  11. I use hidemouse() to hide the mouse and then draw my text to 
  12. the screen, and then use showmouse() to bring the mouse cursor
  13. back.  OK, this works O.K., however if I attempt to do it again
  14. after I have actually drawn anything my text looks like crap.

  16. What am I doing wrong??  I am hiding and showing the mouse
  17. cursor at all instances of writing to the screen.
