  17. Yes, the customer base is smaller than the 20K units installed base
  18. required for a specialty publisher to consider a "how-to" book on the
  19. subject.  However, we supply basic and advanced training here in
  20. Toronto through our customer suppport division, Alias Assist, but as a
  21. student (?) you may not have the budget to visit us for the week of
  22. classes.  We are in production on a series of video tutorials to be
  23. shipped with the latest release (3.2), which (if you upgrade) should
  24. help you out.
