- Canvas has a way of converting shapes like Ovals and Arcs to freehand
- Beziers. You could then Join the resulting Beziers together to form a
- single path, which could then be filled as you wish.

- Freehand and Illustrator may have similar functionality; I am not
- familiar with those programs.
