- If your CGMs are in the clear text encoding, just edit them with an
- ordinary text editor of your choice. If not, convert them from binary
- or character encoding to clear text, edit them, and convert back if
- you need to.

- RALCGM is one program that can do this - look on archie for a site
- near you that has it.
