  18. I've used tgif and found it to be very good indeed.  Its flexible, has
  19. a reasonable interface and with a little work you can do things like
  20. read in postscript images and draw over them and stuff (you do need
  21. ghostscript to do this though).  The only drawback is the lack of a 
  22. decent rotate option.  Angles of multiples of 90 only are allowed.  This
  23. aside it is a very useful package to have around.
