  14. Hey, I have asked this before, but I will ask again.  I know that there has 
  15. to be a graphics program out there that has slick tick marks.  By this
  16. I mean that when you zoom in or out the scaling doesn't get all messed up --
  17. the tick marks appear on top of each other or miles apart.

  19. I have looked at xfig, but it doesn't work well.  Any other I can try?
  20. What other big graphics packages using scaling?
