  13.     I am doing a image processing project right now, I have to manipulate some
  14. functions to a scanned picture. like sharpen, calibrate, dither, contrast.....,
  15. Could someone give me some directions how to find the infos?
  16.     I need to know the theory and how to implement it, of course, any source
  17. codes will be appreciated.
