  11.     I have some old basic images from BIOS screen mode 4 (CGA) that I
  12. need to convert to a more common format, such as .PCX, .GIF, etc...  Has
  13. anyone seen such a creature anywhere?  Most of the ones that I've tried only
  14. work on VGA or MCGA video modes.
