  23. Either Fontmonger or Fontographer, both of which come in Macintosh and
  24. Windows versions, will do what you want to do.  I'm creating a couple of 
  25. Cherokee fonts, and am designing the individual letters in CorelDraw and
  26. then copying them over to Fontmonger.  This works as well with any other
  27. vector-based draw program, such as Micrografix Designer, Adobe Illustrator,
  28. or Aldus Freehand, as well. :>
