- Old Dominion Universiy in Norfolk Virginia (12% minority, about
- 15,000 students, graduate level aand a few doctoral programs -
- mainly oceanography) has a computer-course requirement.
- However, there are no specific courses offered to fill this.
- Most of the students end up taking Comp Sci 101 which is an
- over-extended word processing course or the technology course
- required for the teaching program. The education majors have
- to take a specific course which assumes that the student has
- done some word processing. Hope this helps
