  15. I really need help about the implementation of CELP used in Zyxel
  16. modems. The only thing I know about it is that there are two TMS320C25
  17. built in running at 40.16 MHz, and the "output data rate" is 9600 bps...
  18. (not 4800 as in USFS 1016).
  19. I want to write a program that is able to convert the CELP coded data
  20. into an 8-bit linear (not mu-law or something like that !) representation
  21. of the signal and vice versa (no, must not be realtime)...
  22. Anybody who can help me ? Many people here are interested in this.
