- We seek outstanding M.Sc. and Ph.D. students to take part in the
- DSP Research Program within the Burchill Communications Research
- Group (BCRG). The mission of the BCRG is to enhance the
- communications industry in Atlantic Canada. The BCRG is strongly
- supported by several communications industry partners, the
- Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS), the Natural Science
- and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), and the Nova
- Scotia Government. Funding for the program stands at $2.5M.
- Current research encompasses 1-D and M-D linear and nonlinear
- signal processing and includes projects in areas such as filter
- design and implementation, signal parameter estimation, and
- efficient DSP architectures. Successful candidates will pursue a
- graduate degree at TUNS and will receive substantial financial
- support. Candidates with scholarships can expect additional
- financial support. Canadian citizens and landed immigrants are
- strongly preferred. For further information, please contact,
