  15. Zoom seems to have a quality control problem.  Some of their units
  16. just refuse to work, but others are fine.  I had trouble with the
  17. modem part, but FAX was not a problem.

  19. Something else might affect your decision to keep the product.
  20. According to Zoom representatives at COMDEX, they will be coming out
  21. with CLID around December and voice features early next year.  They
  22. did not appear to be planning an upgrade available for current customers.
