  20. obviously, it depends on what is wrong with it, and how much 
  21. it will cost to repair.  Telebit might have some kind of exchange
  22. program (I don't know if they do, several companies that I deal 
  23. with offer this) where you pay a flat price for repair regardless
  24. of the problem
