- Nothing. When the modem Retrains, it is trying to keep the speed the
- same. The line condition on one end was good but on the other was
- bad, so the one modem requested a drop in speed, the other modem tried
- to keep the connection at the same speed, and it failed. It probably
- went up in speed and the same process happened 3 more times.
