  16. I have sent and received many faxes using FaxSTF which came with my ZyXEL
  17. 1496E.  The only time I have had trouble is when receiving faxes from a
  18. Panafax (don't know the model) but sending to it is no problem.  Some
  19. people think that the problem is just that it's on a fax line and I'm not
  20. so I'm not blaming my modem or software for that.  The only complaint I
  21. have about STF is their customer service, which I find downright pitiful. 
  22. It would be nice, though if they could hurry up with developing the new
  23. software package that incorporates ZyXEL's voice-mail into the fax package.
