  29. The Hayes V-Series modems are older modems, still available, that used
  30. a HALF-DUPLEX version of V.32 that they called 'ping-pong'.  It is NOT
  31. compatible with the standard V.32 or V.32bis modems.  Hayes NEW modems,
  32. the Optima 96 and 144 and Ultra 96 and 144 are true V.32,V.32bis,V.32,
  33. V.32bis modems.  The Ultra, besides including the V.32/V.32bis also
  34. is compatible with the V-Series modems and other split-baud, synch,
  35. and X.25 modems.  The Optima is more a standard V.32/V.32bis modem
  36. at a lower cost without all the added goodies.
