- I have bought my Supra v32.bis fax modem about six months ago. It is on
- continuously since. (except for 1 second breaks when it freezes and I have to
- turn it off, to get it work again)
- It sits on the floor in soft carpet, so does not get much ventilation.
- I measured with a sensitive thermometer and the hottest spot on the modem is
- less then 3 F degrees warmer then the surrounding air temperature. In other
- words just by touching I would not be able to tell if it heats up at all!
- I guess I am just lucky with mine one.
- Though I have other problems with my modem...
